Shipping policy

All deliveries (unless deemed unsafe to do so) will automatically default to authority to leave (ATL) where possible and delivery drivers will not be requesting a physical signature from the customer/receiver.
Linear Blocking Tools will not be held responsible for any parcel that is left at a premise once delivered. Linear Blocking Tools is not responsible for any parcel that is redirected to a different address once it has left our warehouse.
Where do you ship to?
We ship within Australia and New Zealand only.
How do I qualify for Free Shipping?
We offer FREE standard shipping within Australia for all orders $100+
All New Zealand orders have a flat rate of $110 AUD
How much does shipping cost?
Free Shipping on all Australian wide orders $100+
Orders placed within Australia under $100.00 have a flat fee of $15.00
All New Zealand orders have a flat rate of $110 AUD
What happens if an item I ordered was out of stock?
If an item you have ordered goes out of stock at the time of placing the order or dispatch, we will be in contact with you via email regarding your options of how to proceed.
The out of stock item will either be refunded or replaced with a suitable option.
How long does dispatch take?
From Monday to Thursday we aim to process the order by the next business day. Orders placed after 11am on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
During sale periods please allow additional days for the processing of your order.
Items are shipped from either Victoria or South Australia. Shipping generally taking 3-7 Business days (within Australia).
How can I check my order tracking?
Once your order has been processed and is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number. If you can’t find the email with your tracking number, please email susan@bodyshopbayswater.com.au and include your order number.
My order hasn't arrived.
Please track your parcel via the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to view its location.
If your address is unattended at the time of delivery, your parcel will be left in a safe place (unless it requires a signature or it is unsafe to do so). In the event the parcel isn’t left at your address, a call card will be left from the courier with further instructions. You will require ID to pick up your parcel.
Please note: We do not replace parcels that are marked as delivered.
